One time a week individualized workouts at the track, in the hills, or a few other undisclosed locations. Join a small “team” of runners of all levels who enjoy fresh air, friendships, and much needed structure. All runners start with a proper warm up routine including skills and drills before getting to the good stuff. Workouts are personalized for any level of ability or experience and aim to improve all bio-motor abilities needed for success. 

Every runner is given access to an online workout calendar and app where we can track, manage, and communicate. “Team” members will get weekly running schedules and in-home workouts that match abilities and goals based on previous work.  Run Group is here to help keep you motivated and on track to achieve your very best.
