Small group classes

up to 8 max per class

Each small group class lasts between 45-60 minutes and are meant for anyone wanting the camaraderie, motivation, and support of a “team” alongside a qualified trainer. Classes are designed to progress in 3-6 week blocks, to ensure safe and effective training. All programs have built in modifications based on experience, physical restrictions, and ability. Small group classes have no more than 8 people in each session – giving you the attention, monitoring, and accountability that so many people need.

Join up with some new friends to help stay motivated, engaged, and most importantly SUCCESSFUL! First class is on the house.
